STYLED SHOOTS

whilE in mexico we will have two SPECIFIC shoot DAYS to add to your destination portfolio. (ALTHOUGH MOST PEOPLE… AKA ME… TAKE PHOTOS THE WHOLE TRIP.) YOU MAY CHOOSE TO SHOOT PHOTO, VIDEO, OR NEITHER AT BOTH OF THE STYLED SHOOTS.

ITINERARY

8 days of CELEBRATION AND adventure planned from beginning to end for you. just show up.

AUG 7

arrival day. fly into puerto vallarta noon or later (airport code: pvr) and settle into our fun and unique ACCOMMODATION. i will be checking people in all day, so you will have time to walk around the beach, see the old town cathedral, and relax from your flight. welcome dinner the first night with the new group to get to know each other and make friends with new faces.

AUG 8

secret beach day. start the day off with a sunrise hike to the best view of puerto vallarta with michael at the mirador de la cruz. enjoy a tasty breakfast and then head to playas colomitos after lunch (aka. secret beach) for a day at the beach. you will see a meeting point of three different water colors (salt, fresh, and mountain waters converging) on the boat ride to the secret beach. we will have our one on one meetings for portfolio and brand analysis on this day.

AUG 9

atv and culinary day. Explore the jungles and surrounding towns near Puerto Vallarta on a thrilling and exciting atv ride through MOUNTAIN streams, open fields, and dense forests. once we get back to our ACCOMMODATION we will have a traditional mexican cooking class (lunch provided this day) making drinks, appetizers, and entrees for everyone. we will have the shooting workshop this day as well as our FIRST PORTFOLIO shoot.

AUG 10

lover’s beach day. there are only a handful of beaches like “lover’s beach” in the world and we will be going inside the natural OCCURRING cave to snorkel, swim, and soak in the sun at this gorgeous land form. on the BOAT RIDE to and from, enjoy panoramic views of the marietas national animal preserve which is home to over 275 species of birds, fish, and animals. we will finish the day with the editing workshop back at our ACCOMMODATION.

AUG 11

TRAVEL TO sayulita day. private transport to sayulita where we will check into our new ACCOMMODATION and have our marketing workshop before getting ready for a night out on the town. group surf lessons at the beach and then finish the night with a beach bonfire and dancing at the local clubs and bars before checking in for the night. this was my favorite thing i did the last time i visted sayulita and i can’t wait to party with you!

AUG 12

AUG 13

spa day. a full day dedicated to relaxation and enjoying the culture and views of sayulita and the surrounding beaches. you are going to be sore from your surfing lesson, so enjoy a full body massage with an ocean breeze and view IF YOU LIKE. we will finish this day by having the GETTING OVER ARTISTS BLOCK workshop and shooting our SECOND styled sHOOT.

AUG 14

departure day. farewell breakfast, photo/video exchange, and saying goodbyes. depart from sayulita one by one depending on the time you booked your flight home.
