During the ceremony, when Greg said his vows to Meg I started to tear up a bit because of the way that he spoke so sweetly to her. You could tell just from his voice and words how much he truly loves her, and it makes me so happy to be able to capture that pure love between my couples!
Winter is right around the corner here in Utah, and that means studio season is here as well! There are so many unique choices for natural light studios to escape from the cold weather that is going to be here for the next few months. Some of my personal favorites up and down the Wasatch Front include Miesh Studio, Elevn, Whitespace, and Noire Noir (where these engagements taken).
The outfits and location that these two decided on for their first look and formals is one I will be raving about for months. I love the simplicity that architecture lends to photography, and this barn is a gorgeous example of that. We decided to head into town as well to finish off their session with a little more light. Morgan was raised in Park City, and coming back here for her formals was such a treat.
I am loving summer! The warm weather, beautiful flowers, and gorgeous scenery makes my camera and I very happy. These two were naturals behind the camera. I didn’t ever need to give them more than a small nudge in the right direction and they would give me enough smiles, poses, and candid laughter to fill ten minutes of shooting.
When Emma told me that her vision for her bridals could be summed up in the word “COLOR “ I almost had a heart attack. I had just discovered The Cents of Style Wall and wanted to shoot someone there so badly. If you have never seen it, you need to (It’s right off Exit 288). She is the sweetest girl, and I am so excited for her and her man.
Madeline and Kendall’s Washington wedding was a highlight of my 2018 wedding season! I love traveling for work, and feel so grateful that in 2020 I am headed to California, New York, Seattle, and Maine for weddings.
