I know I’m in for an amazing time when a bride shows up to her session in Chacos and “finger guns” her man during their first look. These two could not be more perfect. Aaron and Madeline spend a majority of their time in nature hiking with their two dogs, Noodle and Buddy, so obviously we had to include them in their session to keep the family together.
The Seattle Art Museum is the perfect location to shoot your engagements if you are a modern and art-inspired couple like these two love bird’s. Faith loved the clean & geometric look of the museum’s interior when I sent her the idea, so I knew that we were going to be able to create stunning images using the gorgeous architecture of the building.
Ksenia and Valterri live in Helsinki, Finland and have always wanted there photos taken in Old Town Tallin, Estonia. We hopped on the 2 hour ferry across the Gulf and arrived in the early afternoon to make a day of sightseeing and shooting their couple portraits. We had a great day together photographing their love all over Tallin and then headed back to Finland before sunset.
Julia and Jared are two of the most beautiful and stylish people, inside and out, I have ever had the pleasure to photograph. They are the epitome of a “city couple'“ and we made sure that their engagement photos matched that piece of their personalities.
Cameron, Johnathan, and I met each other on a subway in New York City one month before this photo was taken at the Bell Street Pier in Seattle. I looked to my right while on the subway headed to the airport, saw two men kissing, and knew I had to photograph them sometime in the near future.
I was so excited when I realized that my first formals and wedding of 2019 were going to be so colorful! I am already dying to go back to California to get some more of these beautiful colors!
